The Relationship Between Mental & Physical Health


This course will provide research-based education on the interconnection between physical and mental health. Application of this learning material will provide professionals with the information needed to better implement their own physical self care as well as empower clients to incorporate certain activities in their routine. We will dig deep to identify how specific practices impact specific areas of mental health. This training takes a holistic approach on different aspects of physical health and its many benefits.
