Participants will develop practical skills in differential diagnosis, screening tool selection, case formulation, and the application of proven therapeutic interventions, mindfulness-based strategies, lifestyle interventions, and psychoeducation. This course is designed as an essential starting point for clinicians seeking to refine or refresh their clinical competency in anxiety treatment.

Upon completion of this course learners will be able to identify:

  • 2–3 core features of generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder based on DSM-5-TR criteria.
  • 2–3 validated screening tools used in the assessment of anxiety.
