Every eligible purchase earns 10 points. Points are automatically added to your account after your order is completed.

- Your current point balance

How Referral Rewards Work
- Log into your 716 CEU account and open the Rewards or Refer a Friend section.
- Copy your unique referral link and share it with a colleague, peer, or friend in the field.

When that person uses your link and completes their qualifying first purchase:
- They receive $5 off their first CE course.
- You receive $5 off your next CE course.
There is currently no set limit on the number of eligible people you may refer. Each qualifying referral that results in a completed first purchase generates a new $5 reward for you and $5 for the person you referred.

How do I join Renew Rewards?
Simply create a customer account on 716CEU.org. Membership is free and automatically activated for customers.
Do I need a separate login for Renew Rewards?
No. Renew Rewards is built directly into your 716 CEU customer account. Log in as usual and open the Rewards area of your dashboard.
How do I access my Rewards dashboard?
Log into your account at 716CEU.org and click the Rewards tab in your My Account dashboard. You can view your points, available rewards, activity, and referral link there.
How do I earn and redeem points?
You earn 10 points for every eligible course purchased. At checkout, available rewards such as $5 or $10 off appear when you have enough points. Select the reward you want and the discount will be applied automatically.
Do my points expire?
Points do not currently expire, but this policy may change in the future with notice provided on our website.
Can I combine a coupon with points?
Only one discount may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. If you redeem a point-based reward or referral coupon, an additional coupon generally cannot be used on the same order.
Does every product earn points?
All current 716 CEU products and courses earn points unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Where do I find my referral link?
After logging in, go to My Account and open Rewards. Your unique referral link appears in the Refer a Friend section and can be copied and shared with an eligible new customer.
How does the Give $5, Get $5 referral reward work?
Share your unique referral link with a colleague. When that person uses the link and completes a qualifying first purchase, they receive $5 off and you receive a $5 reward toward a future course. Both rewards are issued automatically.
Can I refer myself using another email address?
No. Referral rewards are only available when referring a separate new customer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and alternate email addresses belonging to the same person are not eligible. Any ineligible reward may be canceled.
Does my colleague have to use my referral link?
Yes. For both people to receive the $5 reward, the referred customer must use the unique referral link when completing their qualifying first order.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There is currently no set limit. Referral rewards are issued as long as each referral meets the eligibility requirements and completes a qualifying first purchase through your referral link.
When will I receive my $5 referral reward?
Your $5 reward is issued automatically after the eligible referred customer completes their qualifying first purchase through your link.
Can I see my referral history?
Yes. Referral activity appears in your Rewards dashboard under your referral or activity history.
What happens if an order is refunded?
If an order is refunded, any points or referral rewards earned from that order may be removed from the associated accounts.
Renew Rewards Policy
Renew Rewards is offered as a complimentary loyalty and referral program for 716 CEU customers. By participating, you agree to the following:
- Points are earned automatically on eligible purchases after order completion.
- Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
- Only one reward or coupon may be redeemed per order unless otherwise indicated.
- Each customer should maintain one account and use one email address for purchases, course enrollments, and rewards.
- Referral rewards are issued when an eligible separate new customer completes a qualifying first purchase through a current customer's referral link.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals created or redeemed through alternate email addresses belonging to the same person are not eligible.
- 716 CEU may review accounts with matching identifying or billing information and may cancel ineligible points, rewards, or coupons.
- Referral and point-based rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are solely for use on 716 CEU offerings.
- If an order is refunded, points or rewards earned from that order may be removed.
- Abuse of the program, including multiple accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity, may result in removal of rewards or suspension from Renew Rewards.
- 716 CEU reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue Renew Rewards at any time, including changes to earning rates, redemption rates, referral rewards, or eligibility criteria.
