- After you register for a Live-Virtual Training, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
- 24 hours before the training, your instructor will email you with the Zoom link and joining instructions.
- After the training, once we receive your attendance sheet and evaluation, your certificate will be issued within 3 business days (unless otherwise communicated to you).
- Your attendance form and evaluation must be submitted within 24 hours after the presentation.
