  •  24–48 hours before the training, your instructor will email you with the Zoom link and joining instructions.
  • After the training, once we receive your attendance sheet and evaluation, your certificate will be issued within 3 business days.
  • Your attendance form and evaluation must be submitted within 24 hours after the presentation.
