With Renew Rewards, you earn points every time you take a course, redeem those points for discounts, and you can also give $5 and get $5 by referring colleagues.
How It Works – Points & Savings
1. Earn Points with Every Course
Every purchase you make earns 10 points, automatically added to your account after your order is completed.
2. Redeem Points for Savings
Use your points anytime to save on future CEU purchases:
- 50 points = $5 off
- 100 points = $10 off
Rewards can be applied during checkout — no promo codes needed. When you have enough points, your available rewards will appear and you can choose which one to redeem.
3. Track Your Progress
Log into your 716 CEU account and visit the Rewards section of your dashboard to view:
- Your current point balance
- Available rewards to redeem ($5 and $10 discounts)
- Recent activity (points earned and used)
- Your referral link and referral history

How Referral Rewards Work
- Log into your 716 CEU account and go to your Rewards / Refer a Friend section.
- Copy your unique referral link and share it with colleagues, peers, or friends in the field.
- When they use your link and complete their first purchase:
- They receive $5 off their first CE course.
- You receive $5 off your next CE course.
There is currently no limit on the number of people you can refer — each eligible referral that results in a completed purchase will generate a new $5 reward for you and $5 for your friend.

Renew Rewards FAQ
How do I join Renew Rewards?
Simply create a customer account on 716CEU.org. Membership is free and automatically activated for all customers.
Do I need a separate login for Renew Rewards?
No. Renew Rewards is built directly into your 716 CEU customer account. Just log in as usual and your Rewards area will appear automatically.
How do I access my Rewards dashboard?
Log into your account at 716CEU.org and click the Rewards tab in your My Account dashboard. From there you can view your points, rewards, and referral link.
How do I earn points?
You earn 10 points for every course purchased. Points are added to your account after your order is completed.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, you’ll see eligible rewards such as “$5 off” or “$10 off” when you have enough points. Select the reward you want to apply and the discount will be taken off your order automatically.
Do my points expire?
Points do not currently expire, but this policy may change in the future with notice on our website.
Can I combine a coupon with points?
Only one discount can be applied per order. If you redeem a reward using points or a referral coupon, an additional coupon cannot be used on the same order unless otherwise stated.
Does every product earn points?
Yes. All current 716 CEU products and courses earn points unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Where can I view my points and rewards?
Log into your account and click on the Rewards or Renew Rewards area to see your balance, rewards, and referral link.
Where do I find my referral link?
After logging in, go to My Account → Rewards. Your unique referral link appears in the “Refer a Friend” section. You can copy and share it with colleagues.
How does the Give $5, Get $5 referral reward work?
Share your unique referral link with a colleague. When they use your link and complete their first purchase, they receive $5 off and you receive a $5 coupon toward a future course. Both rewards are issued automatically.
Does my colleague have to use my referral link?
Yes. For both of you to receive the $5 reward, your colleague must click and purchase through your unique referral link on their first order.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There is currently no set limit. As long as your referrals meet the eligibility requirements and complete their first purchase using your link, referral rewards will be issued.
When will I receive my $5 referral reward?
Your $5 reward is issued automatically once your referred colleague completes their first purchase using your referral link.
Can I see my referral history?
Yes. Referral activity appears in your Rewards dashboard under your referral or activity history.
What happens if an order is refunded?
If an order is refunded, any points or referral rewards earned from that order may be removed from the associated accounts.
Renew Rewards Policy
Renew Rewards is offered as a complimentary loyalty and referral program for 716 CEU customers. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:
- Points are earned automatically on eligible purchases after order completion.
- Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
- Only one reward or coupon may be redeemed per order unless otherwise indicated.
- Referral rewards are issued when an eligible referred customer completes a qualifying first purchase using your referral link, according to the rules configured in our system.
- Referral rewards and point-based rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are intended solely for use on 716 CEU offerings.
- If an order is refunded, any points or rewards earned from that order may be removed from the customer’s account.
- 716 CEU reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Renew Rewards program at any time, including changes to earning and redemption rates, referral rewards, and eligibility criteria.
- Abuse of the program (such as creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity) may result in account suspension and removal of points or rewards.
