Description: This course outlines how to transition to providing telehealth services and best practice for virtual professionalism. A brief overview of changes from in-person to telehealth counseling including how to document, manage, and monitor missed appointments. Suggestions for dealing with emergency situations and facilitating group services for the virtual client are also included.
