This information can be used to assit clients, family, friends, and self gain insight into the factors that influecne our mental health to begin to make positive lifestyle changes.

Upon completion of this course participants will be able to identify:
- 3-4 Ways sleep, movement, nutrition, and connection influence mental health symptoms
- 3-4 Vitamins and minerals that can improve mental health symptoms
- 2-3 techniques to encourage/implement better habits that improve mental health
