Description: This course will cover the connections social media and technology have on our mental health and the populations impacted most. An overview of increased symptoms of some common diagnosis brought on as a result of technology and social media use. Material will prompt discussions on client presentations along with techniques you can use with clients to cope with and better manage addicting or unwanted behaviors.
