NYS Continuing Education for Mental Health Professionals
716 CEU provides continuing education for mental health professionals throughout New York State, including Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs).
As a clinician-owned, New York State Education Department-approved provider, we offer live-virtual and self-learn courses designed to support licensure requirements while helping professionals strengthen their clinical knowledge and practical skills.
We believe continuing education should be more than checking a box for license renewal. Our goal is to make professional learning practical, relevant, flexible, and accessible. Individuals interested in mental health and wellness are also welcome to participate in eligible trainings when continuing education credit is not needed.

NYS Mandated Reporter Training – Updated Requirement
New York State mandated reporters, including those who completed previous training, must complete the updated curriculum by November 17, 2026.
716 CEU offers the required training in a convenient 2-hour self-learn format, with a certificate provided upon successful completion.
Following successful completion, 716 CEU uploads the required completion information to the NYSED website.

Fun Fact: For 11 years I fostered with the SPCA and my favorite animals to help were bottle baby kittens.
Why I love the work I do: Every training brings a different experience and energy, I am always learning something new, and really enjoy meeting new professionals. Staying up to date on the latest research and interventions is a nice bonus too!

Why I love the work I do: I think it is important to reflect on your practice regularly. This world is always changing and having flexibility is essential in the helping profession.
