Description: With Guest Instructor, Diane Christopher, NTP (Certified Nutritional Therapist Practitioner)This training will provide an explanation of the influence specific ingredients have on our mental and emotional health. We will discuss the most common foods and their ingredients that negatively impact mood and overall health. Anxiety, Irritability, depression and more, all have links to the food we ingest. Examples of healthy food options, vitamins, and minerals that nourish and properly support your brain and body will be given as well as how to relay this information to your clients to empower them when making food choices.

Upon Completion of this course participants will be able to identify:
